A district tracked participation in two learning programmes. In the first period, Programme A recorded 120 participants and Programme B recorded 80. In the next period, participation in A rose by 10% to 132, while participation in B rose by 20% to 96. Unless a question says otherwise, calculate percentages using the first-period total as the base and round percentage answers to one decimal place.
